Asked for Female, 24 Years

Doctor prescribed me ovaa sheild and told me to come for FS... And also prescribed duphaston for 7days.. ET is 10.5mm but follicle size is 1.3cm... Usually after taking duphaston periods will come by 4th day it's self..today is 5th day after taking duphaston.. Is there any chances of getting pregnant?? When will I check it
