If you are sexually active pregnancy to be rule out. If not..and you have recurrent irregular period u need complete hormonal evaluation and ultrasound

If you are sexually active then chances of pregnancy.Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
