What does have you undergone and what are their reports???? You have mentioned that you have a habit of eating spicy food; is there history of tobacco usage also whether it is in the form of smoking or smokeless tobacco which is chewed. Only going by the verbal description that you have mentioned and without a look at the clinical condition, the only rational suggestion that we can give at this point is that there are a few conditions in which such symptoms can come but the proper diagnosis can be established after a proper clinical examination only and most likely, you will be requiring a biopsy also if it has not been done previously. The least you can do is avoid spicy food at this point because it is only going to aggravate the symptoms further. Regards.
