My mom diagnosed with copd
Hi,
My mom diagnosed as COPD with dilated RA/RV/PA before 3months... And she tested positive for covid in last week.. Now, she cured from corona.
But her oxgyen level runs down to 80 sometimes and while sleeping. Is this serious? And please iterate food which need to avoid.. and intake needs to add?

Covid could be superimposed in an underlying copd lung . However saturation of 80 is not good . She will require o2 / PAP therapy . Kindly consider for video or audio consult for for further detailed evaluation and discuss and treatment plan
