He was born premature in 35+4 days. He keeps making weird sounds all the time. He makes grunting and groaning sounds while sleeping, sometimes when he is awake also. His face becomes red when he makes these sounds. Is it normal?

At this age,and for the first 3-4 months of life,all babies have colic,more so in evening and night time,it's NORMAL!
Just ensure breastfeeding at regular gap of atleast 2 to 2-1/2 hours,don't wake him up for a feed,give nothing else by mouth and burp him for atleast 10 mins after every feed and also when he has colic.
As long as he's active and feeding normally and passing urine normally,RELAX!!
