Sir, My left leg get cramp and get sharp pain when I sit or stand, it's happening every six month, Even I don't able walk, I also consultant orthopaedic they say nothing just muscular swell in xray etc I need any permanent solution it's coming back every year and usually it's happen after sex next day my leg cramp start Exact location: Groin and hip I am computer operator so I always work chair Than you
