My kid swallowed a stainless steel chain
My 6 year old girl, swallowed a ornamental chain yesterday evening. very thin but 6 -8 mm long. She have not shown any signs of discomfort till now. We tried to make her vomit by using common salt but no help. Then we are giving her Bananas for smooth release of chain with stool but we haven't noticed anything in her 2 attempts since morning. Sug

Please get her x-ray abdomen to see whether it is visible on x ray as metal do seen on x-ray. You will get an Idea whether it's there or not? Keep trying banana. Don't induce any vomiting.
