My kid is feeling not well.
He vomited in morning and now he has not eaten since morning .he has mild fever also,kindly help me.

For fever you give him paracetamol, for vomiting give him emeset syrup. Since you have not mentioned his age or weight I can't decide what dose he should get. This is only symptomatic treatment. And in the meanwhile take him to a pediatrician for thorough check up and treatment.
