I am a pediatrician and I would like to see the child's face and palms atleast, to assess whether any other tests are required. Also, HPLC report is incomplete and not needed.

Perform breast feeding, and if child is on bottle feeding, stop it and shift on cup and spoon feeding.
Many other changes will have to be done in dietary practices. Take consultation, be it a video consultation.
