Hy dr I m raz from nepal nepal . I have som problem inside my bomb before 15 days their is like hard tumer near at hole and its to much pain full .now days its blidding from that tumer .. and eachhing also .. can u plz send me a solution .

I can understand your concern.
Sure we can Raz, but for that we will have to see the lesion and also examine it.
And for examining, I'm sure it's not possible from an online platform like this so you will have to come down.
Or the best thing you can do is consult a general surgeon in person near you and I'm sure they will be able to help you.
