My female baby is getting bloody dischar

My 6-month-oldie female baby is getting a bloody discharge
Yesterday evening I saw one drop of blood and today morning also saw two drops of blood
What would be the reason? She has right overian cyst
Please help the possible reasons.

In a 6-month-old infant, a few drops of vaginal bleeding are unusual.
