He is a farmer, was doing colour on wall (kalai say in local, Chuna type), sudden lot of mixture went in his one eye. Now situation is not normal, we bring him to a doctor who gave 5days medicine and eye drops but eye is almost close and nothing visible from that eye except some Shadow (3days passed).
I am worrying to whom I should consult now.
Whether any surgery/operation will required and if it will work or not!
Please guide.
Thanks in advance.

It is an ophthalmic urgency , Chuna can cause chemical burns , and depending on the nature and depth of penetration, we give the treatment. It looks like it will require a corrective procedure in near future.
Next Steps
Not to waste any time and visit your ophthalmologist as soon as possible
It is an ophthalmic emergency, you shouldn't waste any time. Take him to the nearest possible ophthalmologist and take the treatment.
