My father have cough problem from many years and it become more chronic at night due to which they could not sleep all night. BP is also low. During whether change, smoke and dust it increases.

Cough at night and increased cough in weather change and dust exposure suggest asthma.. he needs regular inhalers treatment even when he is normal to control his asthma.. if he smoked or smokes currently, it's a bigger problem..
