See he might be having BP from long time we notice when these kind of situation or some thing happens...BP is the one of the most dangerous diseases now a days because it effects almost all the organ of the body...it is must to have a cont look over ur blood pressure....Ayurveda medicines not nly helps to control ur BP its also helps to protect ur other organs to get damaged...if u start with any allopathy medicine let cont with these medicines after monitoring i am sure after few days we can decrease the dose of ur allopathy medicine..i m prescribing these medicines for high BP...

Health Tips
Avoid green pepper,black pepper,paneer and food which is cooked one day before...
Take khichdi and light food to eat..
avoid junk food,fried food...
avoid if u have any addiction as u mentioned drinking yup he have to stop these drinking alcohol....
drink luke warm water...avoid overeating...
Drink water only when u have thirst aviod overdrinking of water...
take saltfree diet...
Take lemon water with 1 tsp of honey in it...
Take green tea...
40 min of brisk walking is necessary..
Complete sleep of 7 to 8 hrs...sleep early at night...
pranayama for 7to 10 mins in a whole day...
