My father age 73 suffering from diabetes

Asked for Male, 73 Years

Hypertension recently he suffers from breathlessness but his oxygen level is 98% and ABG reports are good doctors suggest to use BIPEP machine for sleep but after using Bipep machine no relief from breathlessness problem is elevated day by day and now doctors say no further treatment for this please suggest some opinions
