My face & body is getting bloated.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I m sudhakar, taking medication for sinus & asthma for almost for 4 years medicines i take are levolin puff & medrol 16 mg. In recent times my face & body gets bloated, i am an athlete during my school & college days so i maintain my body. Though being very cautious in food & exercises i have gained huge weight suddenly in 6 months & my face is bloating. Is this medication i take is a problem? Pls suggest some solution.
