My daughter sneezing and running nose

Hi, My daughter of 3+ years old contracted cold 20 days back and recovered well with relent syrup given 4 days but a since then she getting sneezes and running nose quiet often whenever there is any change in weather . was wondering if thats because she is having any allergy or something. Her running nose mucus is trasperant like water but she get this with frequent sneezes. She gets well with just relent syrup and nebulizer in 2 to 4 days. Is it safe to give relent so frequent? Please advise should i try changing syrup?

Continue relent syp, no issues... Nebuliser is not effective in cold... If there is no other issues then wait for 4 to 5days
