Hello  the milk teeth has to be removed  early possible  due to tongue  pressure  the permanent  tooth  align in its place.the milk teeth,the 2front removal   obstruction for permanent  tooth to align.

No need to panic, if the child is between 6 to 7 years , still you can wait till the older teeth become loose because sometimes the milk teeth take time to shed. I fact if we remove them early then there are chances that new teeth will not come into exact position. Just wait for few more months. Good brushing 2 times after meals is what is important for child. Thanks
