My daughter
My daughter is 4 she has been crying about pains in her lower belly on the left side when she coughs she wasn’t running a fever but now she is!! She also has a bad cough that just developed and also has chills she won’t poop and I haven’t seen her pee

Hmmm,multiple problems.
For cough,give just steam inhalations 5-6 times a day and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
