First of all,small children,TILL the time they start walking,have slight curvature on both sides,below the knees.
Once they start standing and walking independently,the legs will automatically straighten up.
All this is due to continue process of bone remodelling.
Nothing to do with calcium or vit D deficiency.
If it is severe OR one sided,consult your paediatrician.
