My daughter having ear pain

Dear sir/madam My daughter having ear pain since morning .Morning she told right side pain and now she is telling left side .Currently she is taking medication for cold and cough .medicines are Relent plus syrup and Ascoril D junior syrup. Please suggest me the ear drops for ear pain relieving to my daughter . Her age is 3.6 years and weight is 14 .4 kgs .

Give crocin DS syrup 4ml for ear pain Max every 6 hours or if it is more give syrup Imol 5ml. Ear pain is due to upper respiratory infection. There are no ear drops for pain.
