My daughter is 1.5 yrs old n on Saturday we gave her hib vaccine . Doc said c might get fever give her paracetamol . But every time I gave her paracetamol c vomited , n still c has mild fever. Sunday c had dosa outside. What need to be done pls advice

You can give syp. Meftal-P 3.5ml whenever fever comes. Mild fever can be controlled with wet cloth wiping the whole body(Tepid sponging). Vaccination fever will come down in 2 days. so don't worry.
