My Breathing Issue - I Have Been Having Shortness Of Breath,

My breathing issue

I have been having shortness of breath, chest pain and armpit shoulder pain and back pain. I do get burn in the throat too and this comes and go, whenever i feel all of these, it lasted for two to three weeks.
