Please assist me!!! 5 to 6 times vomited nd lose motions from yesterday night. Now she unable to take food.

You haven't mentioned the age or weight of the child. Plz consult your paediatrician asap. Till then,use syp ondem for vomiting half hour before meals and ors after every loose motion if watery. If child is very dull and not eating at all,hospitalize IMMEDIATELY.
