My baby not sleeping in day time
Hi recently I have given birth to male baby now he s four months old...his birth weight was 3.4kg  now his weight is 6.8 kg for the first three months he is gaining weight around 900 g but unfortunately in the month of 3 to 4 he gained only 300 g...doc said I am not feeding well...i am following the same what I followed in previous month....I am unable to predict what could be the issue... he seems to happy and active ...but he is not sleeping in day time...if he sleeps also he could not sleep more than 20 mins is it normal...he is pooping one day after another day ..some it's takes two days also...how to check whether my had full feeding?? Need your suggestion please help

Hi. There is no need to worry ! Baby has a good weight gain. Generally babies become more active in daytime with age . So nothing to worry about. Poop frequency is also normal.
