My anti TPO test result is 509.6 U/ml

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Doctor had asked me to do a tsh and anti tpo test. Tsh is 1.051 uiu/ml T4 is 6.1 ug/dl Anti tpo is 509.6 U/ml What does this mean? I had a missed miscarriage in may (first trimester) after which doctor asked me to undergo following test. My thyroid was high during the pregnancy period

Anti TPO levels reflect autoimmune thyroiditis and levels may fluctuate from low to high to normal at various times and doing thyroid test every 6 weeks for dose titres is mandatory
