My 6 months old baby has cough and cold

Asked for Female, 1 Years

We consulted a doctor and he suggested 2 syrup one for running nose ( delcon) and other one for cough ( Tuspel_. I have given it for 3 times now. One was yesterday morning, yesterday night and this morning. But still she has cough and running nose. What can I do now. Kindly suggest

If mild,stop meds,give just steam inhalations 5-6 times a day,and paracetamol for fever if required. Use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
