Hi, my 28 days old son is having runny nose and congestion since night. I used nasal drops of saline drops 2 3 three times till now. He feels better when drops will be used and I use nasal aspirator before every put him on sleep after every feeding. He is showing very minor coughing now without any symptoms of fever or loss of appetite. So shall we continue with using nasal drops and wait??

Nasal congestion or nose block is caused due to increased secretion fron nose or inflamation due to viral infection.as long as baby able to sleep without disturbance and no feeding difficulty you can use nasal drops.
If cough is present better to go for doctor consultation.
