My 2.8 years is constipated
My son, is having hard time to passing poop. It's been 30 days, the poop is hard and comes out after huge effort. We have consulted doctor and he suggested livluk syrup which helped initially. But now this one also not producing result. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Stool softener like livoluk are NOT the treatment for constipation,just for symptomatic relief.
The basic treatment is giving a lot of fiber in food.
Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including high fiber items like cornflakes Dalia salads and green leafy vegetables and fruits like pears cheeku apples and oranges DAILY in the diet.
