Musle wastage and loss of 30% sensation

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Sir I m victim of post polio residual paralysis and I have muscle wastage of 30% and also lost approximately 30% sensation in ryt leg ,legs are of same size.Sir I m doing a job which is far away from my home we have a car but I donot believe upon my right foot ,I am always late on duty what should I do for the recovery of sensation and muscle recovery.is there any solution or not,my age is 25
