  3. MUSCULAR PAIN. And whats is advised!

MUSCULAR PAIN
I hv been suffering from a muscle pain in the left arm from the upper shoulder to the arm joint and especially at nights not able to sleeep as when i rest my arm it strats paining heavily. ECG is normal.general medicine doctor advised me to take flexon for 5 days at 3 per day and there is no effect...may i know what could be the reason and whats is advised
