Hi doctor ,
3 days back while playing badminton suddenly fall down because of ankle twist , heavily swelled up , went to near by hospital and X rays scanned my leg n doc said there is no fracture , only muscle strain , pain has reduced n able to walk now , but how can I prevent these muscle strains further while playing and how to get rid of this sweeling completely ??

For reducing the swelling do ankle exercises and keep it compressed for a while..
Do good weight training and stability exercises for strengthening the ankle to avoid injuries.
Do regular conditioning and agility exercises along with balance exercises to avoid sudden strains in ankle.
