The evidence for machine therapy is very limited... but you could have it if it has been useful. You could attend go to a physiotherapy centre to get a proper examination and get mobilisation and also start with exercises for it.

First need to find out the root cause, and so treatment will be effective. Please go to nearest physiotherapy clinic for machine therapy. Doctor have proper knowledge of machines rather using only by urself. For timing being use ice pack three times a day 15 min-20min. Apply volini gel or diclofenac gel. Avoid sleeping on tummy, or on hands, . Avoid using high pillow. Take a break inbetween while working. And do neck isometric exercises.
