Muscle pain Headache low fever
My son 10 yrs old got little fever and muscle pain legs ,hands and stomach with headache also.
ALT 70 High,AST 38 normal ,CPK 76 normal ,Eosinophil 08 H,RBC 5.27 High, MCV 75 Low,MCH 25 low,MCHC 32 low.Everything else is in normal range
What should be cause for this dr if anybody can help to diagnose plz.
