Muscle injury while workout
Hello everyone, Urgent help needed.... i got a muscle injury at the back just below right shoulder while doing dumbell shoulder press with 45 kg weights at gym on tuesday and it pains a lot in the morning and then decreases by the day... but every morning its irresistible, the neck motion is restricted , what shall i do? shall i see a doctor or it would disappear with ointment and muscle relaxants? please advise if some specific excercise is required. It was the second morning today.
