Muscle cramps and tiredness
Doctor suggest me to go for swimming.. while swimming frequently I'm getting problem of muscle cramps and tiredness.. even walking /jogging time also same problem of muscle cramps.. so I'm unable to do any workout or even small exercise.. some one plz tell me what I.need to do
