From last few days i am having muscle pain on my full body. Can't seat in indian style more than 2 minutes. Can't seat cross leged more than 30 seconds. When i seat by straight my legs, after some time i feel pain in my knee joints. If i seat by folded my leg its happens the same. Even i am having pain in my foot and the bone side of my thumb in both of my foot. Too much pain in my neck, shoulder, back bone, waist & knee and all over tge body. What should i do.
