Take folvate, scorhb celin and zincovit after 1 hour of lunch and CC8 can taken along after lunch to avoid gi intolerance and better absorption. Vitamin C (celin ) is needed for better absorption of iron Folic acid . Calcium (CC8) can lead to poor absorption of Iron. With regards. Feel free to consult me using the app if still there is any confusion or any other problem.
