Multiple Mescentric Lymph nodes of 7.6mm
Hello doctors,
my daughter of age 3 having stomuch pain with high temperature together. did US of abdomen and report says Multiple Mescentric Lymphnodes measuring 7.6mm.
currently giving
syp. Fygil 4 ml 3 time
Syp. Imol 5ml
syp. Oflox 100
2 day she was fine. again pain observed with fever 99
Please suggest

I would want to know more from her history. If temperature continues to be high , i would recommend blood investigations especially platelets and dengue if symptoms of severe headache or leg pain s present.
