Multiple body pains. In dwarka, delhi.

Since over a month i m feeling pain in area between testicles and anus and left groin area. And from past couple of weeks i have started feeling pain in my lower left hip which sometimes goes down the left leg like a numbness/tingling sensation. From past month or so, I feel pain in my penis too especially after intercourse or masturbation . Fingers of both of my hands start aching if i work for around half an hour continuosly on computer or mobile. If i start doing light running for few days then i start developing knee pain.  This is happening since past 3 years or so. Have consulted general physician, General surgeon but not ble to identify the cause of these problems. ANA test, urine and culture tests are normal, Vitamin D level was 48 around 3 months back, Vitamin B was normal, No sugar, No cholesterol . Please help and suggest the specialist to see. I stay in Dwarka, Delhi.
