I have created and deleted around 100+ Facebook and Insta accounts.I don't know why did I do this? But now I think that why did I do this, nobody does this.This is happening still now.Before creating an account I feel urge to create it but after creating I feel why have I created one more account???It always bothers me.What is the solution?

Hi, it's a kind of psychological issue which makes you to do things repeatedly.we usually say this as obsessive compulsive behaviour.you need to consult a Counselling psychologist for further management.if the problem is out of control then  can consult a psychiatrist for medications. Counselling, talk therapy,meditation and relaxing techniques will help you a lot along with medicines
