Multicentric castkeman disease

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My mother has been diagnosed with multicenteric castleman disease idopathic type. I consulted many doctirs but none are aware if the treatment for this disease. I will be thankful fir Any help. Pet CT has identified massrs of 1cm by 1cm in abdomein and neck.
