Multi vitamins dosage confusion
Hi Doctor,
My baby is 4 months old.When he was born pediatrician prescribed fourts B drops and Kidrich Calciferol drops until 1 year.
Fourts B contains D3 400IU per ml.
I have been using both drops .I also give my baby formula which contains vitamins.is it not overdose of D3 for my baby??

The formulas generally do not have that high amount of d3. So you can continue 400iu / day. Recommended daily intake is 400-800 iu.
