MTP- Misoprostol dosage
My sister, 24y female with GA less than 5 weeks. Gynae gave her 200mcg mifepristone today and has given 3*200mcg Misoprostol to take after 48 hrs. However, when I had a medical abortion, my gynae had prescribed 4*200mcg Misoprostol at GA 6 weeks 2/3 days. Also, WHO protocol is of 800mcg miso. So should we follow 600mcg advice, will it result in complete abortion?

You can take Misoprostol 400 mcg 48 hours after the Mifegest. Take 200 mcg Misoprostol sublingually the next morning , and Tab Misoprostol 200 mcg vaginally at the same time.
