In my pregnancy heartbeat didn't came (fetus was not developed) so my IVF doctor has recommended me to a another doctor for abortion.
My pregnancy age as per LMP is 9 weeks but actual age as per sonography is 7 weeks 5 days.
Can you suggest should i go for MTP or DnC?
For taking MTP decision - Sonography age is considered or LMP age is considered?

DnC is recommended procedure for you as chances of retained product of conception are high but still if you want to give a trial for medical termination.you may go with it and repeat ultrasound for RPOCs.
It is only a theoretical consideration.
MTP means it draws the provisions of the MTP Act.
D&C can be done without any reference.
In your case the foetal heart action did not come. So technically it is a Missed abortion. It doesn't come under provision of the MTP Act.
So get a D&E done. In any case it is the Doctor's problem what label he wants to give it.
For you the procedure is the same.
