Hello Doctor, My father 75 years old with hypertension.. recently he feels discomfort on breath. We took ECG and ECHO the results are attached ECG findings: Sinus rhythm 1st degree atrioventricular block Possible Inferior myocardial infraction Cardiologist findings: MR trivial and mild LV diastolic dysfunction Cardiologist suggested telma ct and ecosprin 75 But our general physician suggested only the hypertension medicine Please advise
