Mrs.not getting pregnancy.

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Doctor,,,Me and my wife are in trouble because we have got married five years but yet we don't have any chance of pregnancy.After doctor mrs.has normal hsg,and also I have 70 percent active motile but every we hopeless doctor said to us there is problem of fertilize and medical science don't have such a treatment of this problem,,,,so I want to ask that what medical science has any medicine of such a problem?
