I had an MRI and Impression in MRI - Left ACIA crossing left 7th and 8th nerve complex -r/o - neurovascular conflict. What does it mean.

This means that that a small Artery in the back portion of the brain is compressing your nerves supplying the face and ear. If you have symptoms in face and ear related to that it may require trial of Medications and if not settled with medications may need surgery.
