MRI FOR SI JOINTS
I did MRI & HLAB27 test for pain in hips and knee joints ankle foot toes, lower Back ,shoulder, I want to know MRI can miss early changes or not

No..it is very sensitive. It picks up minute of changes. Although the changes may be non-specific also..but it do picks up.
