I am in a habit of masturbating with laying & Facing the matteress and grinding my pennis against it...But during the sex with my wife I can't able to ejaculate.. i tried various positions and tried with hand also but it doesn't work at that time ..This has created lot of tension and stress in our married life.I have never used my hands for masturbating ...Now even if I gives try ..It doesn't work for me...Even I did the semen analysis test only to be found out completely OK...
